FAQs
Q. How long will it take to receive an article that I requested via Interlibrary Loan?
A. Generally, we fill most requests within 2-3 business days. The turnaround time could be shorter or longer depending on where the material is coming from.
Q. Is there a charge for using Interlibrary Loan?
A. We always try to borrow for free first; if we are not able to get an article for free, we will notify you of the cost and ask if you want to proceed with the request.
Q. Can I check out a book from the library?
A. Yes, Frontier students, faculty and staff may check out books from our circulating collection. Please note that textbooks and reference books do not circulate. We will mail you the book and you will be responsible for mailing it back. Contact the library technician with the information on the book you would like to check out.
