Developing Your Workspace
This is a plan for developing a work space for your studies. It is a “working” plan that is meant to be revised and improved - it is experiential and a starting point.
Steps in developing your plan:
- Take some time to dream about when, how, where you get things done. Is it the kitchen corner? The den? The bedroom? Click here to see examples home office space:
- Draw a square and layout your ideal workspace (see sample below).
- Around the sides of the square build lists of:
- tools
- motivational items
- problems - frustrations
- desires
- Look at the items you listed and assign numbers for priority of doing.
- Look again at the lists and code them ( use symbols if you'd like) according to potential and inspiration.
- Revisit the plan frequently and revise it continuously.
